The Plascampo spray irrigation system has its components coupled by threaded connections or by quick fit, which allows a big resistance and reliability. Furthermore, it allows an easy and fast mounting and dismounting. Even while irrigating it is possible to remove or put sprayers, because the internal valve system completely seals the flow. The capacity the system has to stop the flow is guaranteed by the use of seals in every connection even in pressures over 8 kg/cm2.
All pieces are fabricated with high quality materials, as a result they resist to the different types of mechanic actions (pressure, chock, flexion, weariness), agrochemicals and ultra-violet rays.
The spray irrigation system is built of four different parts:
The sprayer is made with thermal materials of high mechanic resistance with anti-U.V. treatment. It has an external thread of ¾’’. Sprayers are available in full circle models and half circle models.
- SPRAY SUPPORTING TUBE
The spray supporting tube is made of P.V.C. and has a 1’’ section. It has a threaded socket end with an exterior thread of 1’’ and an interior thread of ¾’’ on top, where any type of standard spray can be attached. On the lower extremity it has a steel section that enables the opening of the water inlet valve. The spray supporting tubes can be provided with the following measures: 15 cm; 30 cm; 50 cm; 60 cm; 75 cm; 1 m; 1.5 m (special measures should be ordered previously).
The pole is 6 meters long and has quick female connections coupled to the tube extremities with a plug system, tightened with clamps in stainless steel. It is fabricated in high density polyethylene so it is very resistant to any mechanic action, to agrochemicals and ultra-violet rays.
- WATER INLET
The water inlet has male connections on both sides to allow its fast mounting on the poles. It consists of a combination of 3 pieces threaded together (water inlet body, valve hold and water inlet guide) which can be dismounted giving immediate access to the intern system of the valve. This combination is clenched by 4 zinc bolts to a zinc platform that allows an efficient placement of the water inlet on the floor.
